Chateau Laurier Winter Wedding
Lorrain and Ali’s Chateau Laurier winter wedding was my first time photographing at this stunning venue. I have always wanted to capture a wedding here, so I was so excited when I received their inquiry. And I was extra excited to learn that they were planning it for late February. Because Firstly: I love winter weddings. And secondly: that Chateau balcony full of snow, with the glow of sunset behind was a wedding photo I’ve always wanted to take.
On top of all that, Lorrain and Ali were a breeze to work with. And their vision for their wedding day came together beautifully. They chose some amazing vendors like Heirloom Events and The Gathering Event Co. who styled their reception space beautifully. (Seriously – did you see that floral arch hanging wedding cake?!) Also, Lorrain’s incredible dress had this beautiful texture that caught the light everytime she moved. It honestly just sparkled in the snow. Needless to say, the day was a pleasure to photograph.
So I’ll just be over here, keeping my fingers crossed that I will get to capture another beautiful Chateau Laurier wedding like Ali and Lorrain’s. But for now, I hope you enjoy this wedding as much as I did:
