InterContinental Montreal Wedding
Diahanna and Alex’s InterContinental Montreal Wedding was stunning from start to finish. Both their ceremony and reception took place in La Ruelle des fortifications – the beautiful atrium complete with a glass ceiling, large fountain and lined with street lamps. It is one of the most unique reception venues I have photographed a wedding in. It gives you the illusion that your sitting in an beautiful outdoor courtyard.
Where do I even begin with these two? Diahanna and Alex are New Yorkers who decided to get married in Montreal: one of their favourite cities. So their guests traveled from all over the country to celebrate with them. First of all, I have to give a lot of credit to couples that go above and beyond to throw together a celebration that’s not in their own city. I know it’s not easy! But because these two are incredibly relaxed and effortlessly cool, their vision for the day worked out seamlessly.
